The SERVICE that GCC offers has two components:

THE FIRST COMPONENT is "THIS WEBSITE" designed:

    • To provide, for the first time on any website, A WEALTH AND BREADTH OF USEFUL EFFECTIVE INFORMATION on SOLUTIONS to the REAL CRISIS that affects All Types of Organizations and Institutions Worldwide - - a CRISIS that creates serious PROBLEMS that prevent these Organizations and Institutions from achieving their highest level of EXCELLENCE and BOTTOM-LINE SUCCESS.

    • To inform, inspire, and motivate TODAY'S LEADERS and FUTURE LEADERS who are interested in reviving and restoring "Authentic, Honorable Leadership" so lacking in today's organizations and institutions not only in America but also Worldwide.

    • To identify the REAL CRISIS that negatively impacts all types of organizations and institutions, including Society At Large. It is a CRISIS that prevents many organizations and institutions from achieving the highest level of excellence and bottom-line success.

The SECOND COMPONENT- - IF NEEDED - - is "GCC's Advisory Service", usually at the request of Senior Officials and/or others with appropriate authority:

    • To discuss how GCC's Strategies would work in their particular organization or in a unit within their organization.

    • To determine whether the organization (or unit within the organization) could profit from GCC's Strategies, Mission, and Vision.

      GCC believes that the Leadership Culture followed by the Workplace Culture are what essentially lead to positive Transformations - - Transformations that not only benefit the Organization's (or unit's) Staff, but also the Organization itself together with its Leaders, Managers, and other Stakeholders.

      The "Transformation" referred to above should NOT be interpreted to be a complex, disruptive, and costly exercise. Rather, it is applying GCC's common-sense Strategies with GCC's Leadership Know-How!

      The "Transformation" comes about as the result of a clear understanding of GCC's Strategies that bring to the forefront the reality of what is actually at stake as the result of what Executives, Managers, and Employees do daily in the workplace, a reality that is often not obvious!

      When that REALITY "sets in" and is INTERNALIZED by Executives, Managers, and Employees, the CULTURE throughout the organization (or Unit) begins to change in very positive ways that leads to heightened levels of excellence that BENEFITS ALL STAKEHOLDERS!

      In the broader context related to the above Transformation:

GCC stated in the opening above that this Website constituted the first of two components of GCC's SERVICE, the component that provides useful information for TODAY'S LEADERS and FUTURE LEADERS, information that should assist them in transforming the culture in their organizations, and also assist them in determining whether they would find GCC's Advisory Service (covered above) useful for moving ahead.

Briefly, then, this WEBSITE covers the following:

  • Why AUTHENTIC HONORABLE LEADERSHIP is so important in today's institutions and organizations, but also for the good of society more generally, including the Family Unit, society's most fundamental institution.

  • What constitutes Authentic Honorable Leadership and why it is so often absent today.

  • Describes in some detail and raises the awareness of the nature, gravity, global extent, and devastating effects of what the REAL CRISIS encompasses - - a CRISIS that is essentially IGNORED by Leaders Around The Globe and in Society more generally, and yet, a CRISIS that, not only adversely impacts the very Business And Government Institutions And Organizations which they lead, but also a CRISIS, the effects of which, today, have become deeply rooted throughout SOCIETY!

  • Provides the path to the ONLY real comprehensive SOLUTION to remedy the REAL CRISIS before the "CRITICAL POINT OF IRREVERSIBILITY" is reached:

    That point in time is certainly inevitable unless LEADERS with HONORABLE CHARACTER who understand the DANGEROUS IMPACT of the DECLINING CULTURE not only on Society At Large, but also on the Economy and on Government, Business, and Other Organizations And Institutions Around The World!
